90 minutes, in person. Two leaders attend: the business-unit leader who owns the work, and a leader from HR or transformation.
You bring: one screen from your usage dashboard and the names of two workflows. No raw data, no names.
You leave with: one page. A first reading of both workflows, the questions you couldn't answer, the conditions in your hands and a candidate workflow for the Sprint.
The briefing commits you to nothing.
Human Layer Sprint
Six weeks on one or two workflows. A decision and three reports for each workflow; a persistence check ninety days later.
Terms: paid, below standard rate, for the first three organizations. In return we ask for structured feedback and, if you agree, a named reference.
