Looking beneath the behavior first
The starting point: noticing your own share before correcting someone else; asking before judging a behavior; and choosing the most fitting move deliberately.
Founder of Conscious AI Adoption and Mindfulevren · Learning architect. I work on the human layer of AI adoption in organizations: how people actually work with AI, and which decisions should stay with people.
Before increasing an organization’s AI usage, Conscious AI Adoption looks at one question: How is this usage changing people’s judgment, sense of accountability and way of working?
After an engineering degree and an MBA from Istanbul University, I spent 14 years in retail and technology retail: NEXT, LC Waikiki, BGN (Istanbul–Paris), Altınbaş, Gratis and Apple. Much of the work was embedding a new system into how people actually work: rolling out a new retail system to stores in three countries, settling a new model in 15 pilot stores and carrying it to franchise stores, and running the learning and development system and Kaizen-based restructuring projects at Gratis. That is where I learned to manage the rollout of a system designed on paper across an entire company. For the past 8 years, through Mindfulevren Akademi, I have worked on human capacity and learning systems.

Alongside my work on human behavior and self-regulation, the Philosophy for Communities (P4C) training I completed at Bahçeşehir University’s BAUSEM shapes my approach to asking questions, thinking together and making reasoning visible. This structure was redesigned for moments of AI adoption in an organizational context.
In the “Thinking with AI” and “Human OS” series, I share field notes on decision ownership, judgment, attention, emotional regulation and adapting to change on LinkedIn. Longer versions, sources and follow-up notes from the newsletter will appear on Substack.

My work with organizations runs at team and process level. We don't assess individuals or offer one-to-one coaching; we look at how the work and the team operate with AI.
